Q: do we need to pay the fee, and why?
Comments on:
For unloading costs London, should we pay; but the declaration charges for imports, should not be paid by us. Because I'm an export company and the foreign press sold CIF Landed London conditions, should pay for return shipping including theunloading dock unloading costs to London. CIF trade terms import clearance is under obligations of the buyer, therefore, we are not required to pay declaration charges for imports.
